Read what some of Ken’s clients have to say.

Ken is amazing for one simple reason:
"He cares about your needs. He won't mince words if the property is a bad idea, can help you imagine new possibilities with current properties on the market, and does the legwork to find the information that you need to make a comfortable decision. He won't mince words if the property is a bad idea, can help you imagine new possibilities with current properties on the market, and does the legwork to find the information that you need to make a comfortable decision. On our introduction, he went above and beyond to build comfortable rapport with us, and we never had to focus on anything else except whether or not the properties met our needs. He was on our side and walked us through every step of the signing process, and we would not hesitate to contact Ken again for the next time we look at a property." W/S [San Mateo]"

I can’t recommend Ken highly enough.
"He was a real pleasure to work with, being gracious with his time, and being a fountain of knowledge for us as first time buyers. He was very proactive throughout and helped make the ride with our lender much smoother. He did everything he could to help us succeed in buying our dream family home. The seller’s agent made ..." He was very proactive throughout and helped make the ride with our lender much smoother. He did everything he could to help us succeed in buying our dream family home. The seller’s agent made it clear that Ken was head and shoulders above the other prospective purchasers’ realtors and how Ken really was pivotal in us securing our home. My toddler also gave him the seal of approval and said ‘I just love Ken. I just want him to come back so we can hang out with him.’" B/F/P [San Carlos]"

In this hyper competitive Bay Area market you need a realtor that will go to bat for you.
"After speaking to several realtors, we finally found Ken and we just clicked! We felt that we could trust Ken in finding our ideal home at the right price point. "After speaking to several realtors, we finally found Ken and we just clicked! We felt that we could trust Ken in finding our ideal home at the right price point. It didn't take long for him to figure out the perfect home for us. He was able to find a home that accepted an off market offer so we did not have to go through a stressful bidding war. He is super responsive, he would text or call if we have any questions. He has great insight in all the neighborhoods. He will tell you if it's not a good deal! He is an advocate, he made sure the house we were moving to was up to standards and he made several visits to ensure that the work was being completed. He made us feel at ease during this very stressful process. He was even able to have the seller pay for any repairs prior to closing and additional seller credits! If you are ready to purchase and want someone that can take you to home plate pick Ken to be on your team!” P/V [South San Francisco]"

We initially met Ken at an open house when we were casually looking at houses.
"We had a conversation with him and took his card in the event we decided to start looking more seriously for a house. "We had a conversation with him and took his card in the event we decided to start looking more seriously for a house. When we did find a house we were seriously interested in, we reached out to Ken and he was incredibly accommodating in coming to meet us last minute and walk through the various papers/things to note for getting prepared to make an offer. I appreciated his candor in what he thought the house was worth and trying not to push us to go too high. While we didn't end up closing on that, Ken soon found us a home that exceeded the home we were originally interested in and we were able to close on by going with a preemptive offer at Ken's advice. Ken is a pleasure to work with and great at answering any questions that we had throughout the process.” N/T [San Mateo]"

Ken partnered up with us on our first home purchase in California and we highly recommend him.

He made it clear to us that his goal was to educate us and enable us to make the right decision for us, which was especially important as we are first time home buyers. He was available to strategize and workshop our ideas, and advise us on next steps. After we bought our home, he was a resource whenever we had questions pertaining to general concerns about the house - from renovations to home care and even how to get along with the HOA. Highly recommend and trust Ken. Thank you for everything. We appreciate all you've done for us. N/C [Foster City]" "

He spent 2 hours with us just going through purchase documents. He made sure all was handled on the builder's side and helped streamline the process so we didn't have to worry and could focus on other things, like the logistics of moving. He guided us through the whole process from touring to closing. I can confidently say we would not have the home we do not without Ken!" D/M/K [San Mateo]"
